1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the spinpj platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the spinpj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and spinpj ("we," "us," or "our"). spinpj reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To use the spinpj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of spinpj, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the spinpj Platform for any reason.

spinpj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of spinpj, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one spinpj account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinpj login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spinpj will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify spinpj immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. spinpj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• KYC Verification: spinpj may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on spinpj are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. spinpj supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page.
• Deposits are generally credited to your spinpj account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. spinpj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• spinpj does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• spinpj reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if KYC verification has not been completed or if suspicious activity is detected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

spinpj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• spinpj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• spinpj reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with any promotion.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinpj Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud spinpj or any other user of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the spinpj Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of spinpj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of spinpj.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinpj, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if spinpj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

spinpj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinpj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinpj account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9Responsible Gaming

spinpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after completing the spinpj login process.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help. spinpj enforces a strict 21+ age policy and actively cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of their exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period and cannot be lifted early.

10Termination

spinpj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, spinpj will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your spinpj account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

11Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

spinpj operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
